Privacy Policy
Effective September 9, 2026. This policy explains what nautimagroup.com collects, why, and what you can do about it.
Who we are
Nautima Group, LLC ("Nautima Group", "we", "us") is an Ohio limited liability company based in Columbus, Ohio. This website is a brochure for the firm. It does not sell anything, require an account, or process payments.
What we collect
Information you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, company and message you enter. Submissions are handled by our hosting provider, Netlify, and delivered to us by email.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location by city, device and browser type, referring site) and Yottaa real user monitoring to measure how fast pages load for real visitors. Both services set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. IP addresses are anonymized where the service allows it. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To reply to your message and, if you ask, to discuss working together.
- To understand which parts of the site are useful and to keep it fast.
- To protect the site from abuse.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
Service providers that run the site on our behalf: Netlify (hosting and form handling), Google (analytics), Yottaa (performance monitoring), and CalendarBridge if you book a call. Each processes data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are kept as long as we have a reason to follow up, and deleted on request. Analytics data is retained for the default period set by each service, currently 14 months for Google Analytics.
Your choices
You can browse the site without using the contact form. You can block analytics cookies in your browser or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. To see, correct or delete information you sent us, use the contact form and we will handle it promptly.
Children
This site is for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
